Samsung has announced its first Android GO smartphone named Samsung Galaxy J2 core.

The Galaxy J2 Core with Android Go brings improved performance to introductory smartphones by offering long-lasting battery life, spacious storage capacity and lightning-quick processing power and performance.
The phone looks small and compact. It is powered by a quad-core Exynos 7570 chipset and 1GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy J2 Core ships with an internal storage space of 8GB. It has a 5-inch qHD capacitive touchscreen(16M colors) display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, 16:9 ratio (~220 ppi density).
the J2 sports an 8 MP primary camera of aperture f/2.2 with LED flash, HDR, panorama features. you can shoot videos in 1080p at 30fps. At the front, it got 5 MP selfie camera of aperture f/2.2. it has a removable 2600 mAh Li-Ion battery. as per the company claim, the battery will be going to last for a full day. The Samsung Galaxy J2 Core will initially be available in Malaysia and India at the price range of around 6000Rs to 7000Rs.
