enault has unveiled an all-electric concept version of the popular Kwid hatchback called the K-ZE. The Renault K-ZE concept has been unveiled at the 2018 Paris Motor Show.
In terms of design the K-ZE will stay true to the kwid that it is based on for the typical SUV’s styling style and ground clearance that makes it so unique the K-ZE is also likely to get blue accents in typical electric car form and will get large central infotainment system, good interior space larger boot, and a great ground clearance
The new small electric hatchback will get an impressive 250 kilometers of range on a single charge and has a dual charging system that supports both commercial electric car chargers and standard Homebase plug points too. It claims to be the best in the segment. Renault K-ZE comes with a host of equipment maximizing the experience of driving an electric vehicle such as rear parking sensors, rearview camera and a central screen with connected navigation and services.

The first country to receive the Kwid electric will be China and will be developed by a JV between Nissan and China’s Dongfeng. This JV is called e-GT New Energy Automotive Co. The firs production version of electric Kwid will go on sale sometime later next year.
