Realme 2 is it worth the price?

The Realme 1 was a great surprise in the Indian market because of its features at the perfect price range.  Now the Realme 2 has arrived with a few upgrades and downgrades as well.

The biggest change in design comes in the form of a notch. There’s a notch on the top. this has a slightly bigger 6.2-inch LCD display while the display is bigger the resolution is surprisingly lower. It has 1520 x 720 pixels The Realme 2 has HD plus display compare to a full HD display in realme 1. From the looks of it, it seems to have a decent display.

On the back the real me 2 features the same diamond pattern design, it is striking and unique. The Oppo branding is now gone and there’s a fingerprint scanner the biggest issue in real me1 was the lack of fingerprint scanner. The fingerprint scanner seems to be pretty fast and accurate. there’s also a dual camera set up at the back. The Realme 2 has the same design as the Realme 1 .previously it only used to get a single camera setup. The edges of the display still feel a little sharp. it has a dual sim card slot and dedicated memory card slot so it’s not hybrid just like a Realme 1. and it does have a dual Volte support.

The Realme 1 packed with the MediaTek helio p60 chipset which performed even better than the Snapdragon 636 when it comes to benchmarks. but the new Realme 2 comes with the lower end Snapdragon 450 processor. and its a big downgrade than the Realme 1 as far as benchmarks. The Realme 2 comes with the same color OS 5.1 with Android 8.1 oreo. there’s a Face Unlock which seems decently fast and accurate. there are also navigation gestures you can swipe up from Centre to go home, swipe up from the left corner to open the recent screen, swipe up from the right bottom to go back. there are a lot of features present in this smartphone.  The Realme 2  sports a dual camera setup it has a 13 MP of aperture f/2.2 main camera and 2 MP of aperture f/2.4 for depth sensing. it supports up to 1080p video recording. On the front, it has an 8 MP of aperture f/2.0 selfie camera with portrait mode. The phone comes with a huge4230 mAh battery it does not support fast charging. It also has 3.5mm headphone jack and has a microUSB port.
