pixel 3xl has a 6.3 inch quad HD+ OLED with the resolution of1440 x 2960 pixels 18.5:9 ratio (523 ppi density),  82.8% screen-to-body ratio .and both the phones come coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Performance

Both the smartphones are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 graphics and 4GB of RAM and your choice of 64GB or 128GB of storage as well as Google’s Pixel Visual Core chip and a Titan M security module.

Both phones will ship running Google’s latest operating system, Android 9 Pie, and naturally come equipped with the Google Assistant. There’s no 3.5mm headphone jack but you do get Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and on-device speakers that Google claims are 40 percent louder and richer than before.

Camera

The single rear-facing camera captures 12.2-megapixel images through an f/1.8 aperture lens with a 76-degree field of view. It comes with optical and electronic image stabilization, auto-focus with dual pixel phase detection and has a spectral + flicker sensor.

On the front, you get a dual camera setup consisting of an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and 97-degree FoV plus an 8-megapixel standard lens with a 75-degree field of view and an f/1.8 aperture.

Top Shot – a ‘best shot’ feature which automatically suggests alternative photos taken before and after your photo, if the subject was blinking or you missed their smile.

Photobooth Mode – automatic shot taking when you smile or pull faces in front of the camera. There’s no need to press the shutter button.

Super Res Zoom – a machine learning alternative to optical zoom, which compensates for the movement of your hand when you zoom for a shot.

Playground – add AR (augmented reality) characters, such as Marvel superheroes, into your shots. They will interact with the scenery and the subject. Kids (and big kids) will like this.

Motion Auto Focus – tap on a moving subject and the new Pixels will automatically track it and keep it in focus. Great for shots of pets and children.

Night Sight – a potentially game-changing low light mode which uses “computational photography and AI” to not only light a very dark scene but even restore the colors. Google’s demo showed a startling comparison with the new iPhone XS (below), so let’s hope the theory plays out in reality. The feature will arrive via an update to both new and older Pixels after the Pixel 3 launch.

Battery

Pixel 3 has a 2915 mAh battery, while the Pixel 3 XL  got a 3430 mAh battery. both the phones got USB-C fast charging. Google claiming a 15-minute charge with the bundled fast charger will provide up to seven hours of usage.

Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL now support fast Qi wireless charging at up to 10W. Google is capitalizing on this with the launch of a Pixel Stand, which not only has 10W wireless charging but turns your phone into a smart display (automatic photo slideshows, reminders, integration with its Nest Hello video doorbells, etc) and virtual assistant when the phone is in standby.
